Hello! I am a student at Norland college, this is my first year and from the 4th September I will be moving to Bath and be available to babysit. I have been described as a vibrant, enthusiastic person who can match your child’s energy. If your child is energetic, loves sports and high energy activities or if your child enjoys imaginary play, having books read to them and creative play then I can facilitate activities to support your child's development which meets their interests. I've recently passed my HNC childhood practice and my placement was at a local Scottish nursery where I planned activities for the children, then I did observations of their activities and their development progress. As an evening babysitter, I would engage the children in activities and play, then follow through with the bedtime routine. As an after-school nanny, I would pick your children and take them home - I would prepare a snack, help with homework, discuss how their day went, engage them with activities and play. I have had experience looking after (In a nursery environment) autistic child, children with ADHD/ADD, children with a sensory disorder, and children who have specific behavioural needs.
