I work in a nursery full time as a nursery manager, with babies from 3months to children of 5 years. I have looked after older sibling 6+ while babysitting children within the setting. I bond with children almost instantly, i allow them to show my what they are into and get involved with their interests, while always making sure they are safe at the same time as learning. I am dbs checked and Paediatric First aided. I am always around when needed and am able to jiggle things around to be as helpful as possible.
