I worked in a nursery for two years, I traveled between the baby room, toddler room and ore-school room, I also used to pick up the after school children and do activities with them until collection time. In the nursery I would plan fun learning activities for the children and ensure that they were engaging. I had 6 key children so I had to ensure they were meeting their next steps and if they weren’t I would plan activities to help them along. I recently just finished covering for another nanny who was off sick. I was there for just over a month. I did the school runs in the morning and afternoon for the eldest boy and during the day I planned fun activities and days out for the youngest.
