I have an enhanced DBS , distinction Ayurvedic in Ayurvedic and pass of health and safety. I've baby sitter for a little boy on and off and still do so every now and then but he has become a lot more independent now, building a bond with the child is important to me so that they are able to trust when the parent is away. I have also grown up in a household of younglings so tantrums aren't a surprise when they brew. my availability is flexible , Sam to start a job in a nursery . so hours during the week woill be considered at nursery closing time but some days I will only be working 5 hours so it will have to be discussed. I am happy with weekends during the day but may ask for higher pay on weekend evenings/night. service will be met by each individuals needs , all children have different interests and I consider going down the path educationally interests them to help them blossom their passion and motivation.
