I grew up with a brother 7 years younger than me, so at the age of 14 I started to babysit his classmates, and the children of my parents' colleagues. They ranged from newborns to 7/8 year olds and I babysat them frequently until I went to university at the age of 18. I then would continue to work with those families in my University holidays. I was also part of a volunteer initiative at University with the Tang Hall Explore library to create an after school reading group for children.
