I am currently working at a special needs primary school and have previously been working at special needs unit at a high school Throughout this role I have gained valuable experience and skills in supporting young people with additional needs such Autism, ADHD as well as supporting students with mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. I am in my sixth year of working with young people and have a huge passion for making a difference. I have a NCFE CACHE level two certificate in Understanding Autism and the Level 2 Certificate In Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health . I am hardworking and confident, a good listener and an excellent communicator. I am a very caring and organised person, who is passionate about helping others. I am I am a quick learner, highly motivated and punctual.
