I'm Heather from Coggeshall. I've always loved working with children and I'm passionate about what I do. I consider the following to be important when working with children and believe I possess them all: * Hardworking & punctual * Kind, caring & affectionate * Trustworthy, loyal & honest * Enthusiastic, positive & encouraging When I'm not at work I spend time with my boyfriend, family and friends. I love the countryside, nature and enjoy being outside whether it's a walk in the woods or splashing my feet in the sea. I've 12 years experience working with children; currently nanny for a girl (2yrs). Previous to this I was a nanny for 2 girls (1&4 yrs) for 1 year. My previous family I was with for 4 years caring for their children aged 3 and 4 years. I have experience of looking after twins (5 months), alongside mum to get the babies into a routine. I've also nannied for 3 children (8 wks, 14 months & 6 yrs) so used to being busy, organised & kept on my toes! I spent the rest of my time in nursery settings. I worked my way to senior room manager. After years working with 2-3yr olds & preschool, I managed a room looking after 1-2yr olds. After gaining this experience I decided I'd like a new challenge.
