I'm currently working in a nursery in Cambridge as deputy manager/senior nursery nurse and would love a change of career and to follow my dreams of becoming a nanny! I've been working in childcare and using the EYFS for 10 and a half years and before taking on the job role as deputy, I was working with 3months-2 years age group. I have also worked with all ages up to 5 years and have been at the same nursery since 2010. I had my own group of key children where I would use the EYFS to plan age appropriate activities. I am level 3 qualified, paediatric first aid trained and also I am the safeguarding child protection officer in my role. I also have a full, uk clean driving licence and have held it for 9 years with access to my own 5 door car. I am living in Buntingford and would require a live out role, happy to travel! I look after my twin nieces (aged 6) on a regular occasion in the home environment, one who wears cochlear implants. I cook healthy nutritious meals and enjoy spending time outdoors!
