Hi my name is Florence, I have previous experience as a nanny in London with a family with a 7 year old boy with autism and 9 year old girl. I have also been a nanny to a family with a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. I have also had a lot of hands-on experience with people with learning difficulties from a young age. My family has previously been hosts to young people with learning difficulties taking them on holiday and also being involved in community resource support work. I have also had experience as a Quaker youth leader for 15-18-year-olds and also a sports ambassador for primary school children. I have also worked at Greenwich Steiner School as a one to one support worker for a 7-year-old boy with autism. I have studied art and design at college and degree level and believe being creative is very important in a child's development. I have creative skills that I would love to pass on to children, while also learning something from them. I hope in the future to teach art and design to children or with those with special needs. I am fun, playful and kind but responsible, and have an awareness and understanding of risk and safety issues.
