I have worked within the childcare industry for over 10 years and have experience with all ages. Having a close relative who is a foster carer has allowed me to be around and learn how to manage children of all ages and backgrounds throughout my life time and working with children has always been my passion watching them learn and develop through what I teach. I began my career in childcare as soon as I left school and have had experience in schools and Nursery’s. I began as a practitioner, moved up to a senior then room leader to now being the Manager of a Nursery. I spent time working myself up to my position due to my dedication to my profession. I have confident communication skills with all children and I always make sure the children have all the time they need to feel comfortable in my presence. I have strong knowledge of children’s development and can easily create stimulus for children. I hold a level 3 childcare qualification, first aid and a clear DBS.
