I’m a fun, enthusiastic, forward thinking person that’s always looking for a challenge. I love my job as I love joining other families and supporting them through the most magical times of their lives. I like to organise activities and play dates and I also like to do days out always furthering their learning through play. I set boundaries and I expect them to be followed, I use most of the usual methods times out, reward charts etc. But also follow what’s been put in place as consistency is what’s important. I don’t mind generally keeping the house tidy, I love to cook so meal planning is key always furthering our pallets and my cooking skills. I like the children to join in too! I fully support home learning and that come first in our term times routine! Holidays are for fun and switching off i an a firm believer in this. I have a 2 year old child who accompanies me within my role he’s been used to this since he was 6 wks old and isn’t any trouble. Grandparents can step in where necessary sometimes.
