I currently work with 3-5 year old children with a ratio of 1-8 children, I have many responsibilities in this role including planning for all of my key children. I am also the events manager. Accomplishments At my job I feel like I have made a lot of input, from going on many courses I have put new knowledge into place for example we have a 'proud cloud' which is for parents and staff to write on about a child that they are proud of. I have also began to serve the children's food as a buffet this creates independence for the children and they can put a small amount on their plate if they are not very hungry or a large amount if they are, this then relieves pressure to finish a meal. Skills Used I have excellent time keeping skills, I also enjoy working as part of a team as well as being independent I have learnt to work on my own very well. I have also developed the skills of what children of different ages are interested in I gathered these skills because for two years I got the chance to work in all the rooms so I have worked with all ages from 3 months to 5 years.
