I am a qualified nursery nurse .I have 5 grown up children of my own and 8 grandchildren.... I was a childminder for 7 years then a support worker for adults and children with complex needs I have supported adults and children with autism on various degrees in the spectrum .. epilepsy .. challenging behaviours and other complex needs I have been back to childminding for a year now and my 6 years as a support worker and project worker has enhanced my skills as a nurturing patient and caring person.
