Moor End Farm Day Nursery- Nursery Practitioner (November 2016- Current) I currently work for Moor End Farm Day Nursery, Where I am required to provide high quality childcare to children aged between 0-5. I am responsible for both their physical and emotional well-being and assisting them with ongoing educational and social support to enhance their early childhood development. Also, having regular contact with parents and other professionals in order to keep everyone informed on such development. Main duties: • Planning various activities to aid the educational and social development of the children. • Following and implementing the nurseries policies and procedures • Liaising consistently with parents to keep them informed of their child’s progression and development • Helping to feed, wash and clean the children • Having to lock up and unlock the nursery, maintaining the overall health and safety of the premises. • Organising individual and group activities. I currently have a nannying job in which I am requried to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Therefore, I am ideally looking for a position in which I can work on the remaining days.
