Communication skills, for example communicating efficiently with other team members to provide the best quality of care for the children. Talking to the children’s parents so they know exactly how their child has behaved and what they have learned for a certain day. Flexibility skills, for example I am flexible with my availability during weekdays, I am more than happy to be working full time hours like I have been doing for my previous 2 years of employment.
