I have been working in childcare for the last 13 years with various ages and different situations. I have worked with children who have all different allergies and some experience with special need children. I have 5 nephews and 4 nieces ranging from 1-18 I have looked after them all their lives watched them grow and encourage them to challenge their self to grow on their development. I enjoy the time I spend looking after children. I find it rewarding when they achieve what they are attempting to do and seeing different ways all children grow in their development e.g. starting to walk, feeding their selves and first words. As I work, in a childcare setting I know every aspect of the early years and understand how and why things are done a certain way.
