I have over twenty years experience as a teaching assistant in the primary school sector. I have worked with all ages within this time. I am passionate about childcare and have three grandchildren of my own with another one on the way. The early years are so important and a child needs nurturing and made to feel important, listened to, also given a voice. Safeguarding is a key factor, parents and children need to feel safe with who they are with. I have a calm nature and lots of life experience.
