I consider myself to be a passionate, caring and experienced childcare worker. I hold over 5 years’ experience working with children aged birth - 12. I always give my all when it comes to my job and can assure my roles will be carried out with due care, accuracy and ability. I believe a strong bond with the children in my care is necessary and can create a warm, loving environment for every child I care for. I hold certificates in levels 2 and 3 Childcare with my main area of expertise being following the Early Years Foundation Scheme to support and help children aged 0 - 5 thrive in their development. I also have done a lot of nannying of older children ages 8-14. I have a great deal of experience in safeguarding children and worked as a designated safeguarding lead at a preschool for almost 4 years. I strongly believe that the child’s needs are paramount and that their views should be taken into consideration. With this in mind, I will work with your child to build a structure and developmental based activities that suit them, and they will enjoy.
