I am friendly, kind, approachable, calm, caring person who would gladly work with you. I believe children are individuals, with their own personalities, likes and dislikes. They have their own feelings and wishes and I think that you have to be able to teach and show how to develop them. You have to listen to them, know and understand what they need. I fully understand that children receive lots of love from their parents and therefore, I should make sure that they get the same from me. They develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually and I'm able to help them along the way. I have good experience working with children aged 0-5. I also have 20 years of experience with children at different ages, organizing programs and games. The programs help them to develop their physical abilities as well as intellectual. With my experience and ability, I strongly believe that I can apply my knowledge to new children with any background. I think I would be a great candidate for this job.

Ilona has been with us for just about a year and the best way to describe her care is "Kids are safe and happy in her hands ". She has been taking care of our two kids (aged 4 - a very loving boy who takes his time to like people and a 3 year old girl who is adventurous and mischievous) and both have loved her from Day 1. She knew how to make them fall in love with her. She is a proactive, punctual, active, disciplinarian when the situation calls for it and above all trustworthy. She has always been flexible with the timings and our needs as we work long hours and travel quite a bit for work and I have never felt the need to give her a long list of instructions to ensure things were taken care of. She just did! We are going to miss her as a family as the kids talk about her as a fifth member of the family but we do know that she is still going to be doing what she loves the most and is really good at. We wish her good luck in the new adventure."
