We have had Jenny as our nanny for almost 2.5 years looking after our two kids, now 4.5 yrs and nearly 10 years respectively. Having Jenny as our nanny meant peace of mind for us - she was quick to learn and adapt - cooking Indian food, looking after the kids, bathing them and looking after the house. Since COVID, it's been great to look after more children as it allows me to also study. Currently trying to finish my professional exams which isn't as easy as I thought it would be (shock horror). I have references of parents whomI have worked with for many years. I enjoy working with parents who are passionate about their childs emotional and social growth. For weekend babysitting I like taking children to the park or to a museum. Even going to the coffee shop and allowing them to engage and communicate is often an adventure for them. Evening sessions are perfect for cooking a fun meal and then snuggling up for a movie. You would be surprised at how much fun children have cooking. I have got lots of other relevant work experience with children, for example I volunteered at a nursery school for a year.
