Childcare in Grimsby

| Hello I’m Kara I’m 28. I have been babysitting since I was 14 and have three times been a nanny for three families. I can care for children of all ages. I worked in a crèche several years ago so I have plenty of experience of anything required. I have had a driving license for 5 years and have my own home. I can do school drop offs/pick ups. I have completed my paediatric first aid in September 2023 at and I am ofsted registered so I am able to care for children that qualify for free childcare. | I have recently left a teaching post at a secondary school in the area to be more flexible for my family. Recently completed the Childcare and Early Years qualification with Distinction*. I am a qualified teacher with 4 children of my own, all at fulltime secondary school. My home is fully functioning for up to 8 children and from the ages of 0 too teenage years During the day, the children will have the opportunity to play, learn rhmes (which are a good basis for language and math skills), socialise and go for walks to explore the environment around them. They will also take part in other activities such as cooking and gardening, much the same as they would if they were at home. I do have pets that are fantastic with children, all short haired also. However, allergies are thought of in these instances and if required all surfaces and furnishings will be hypo allergenically cleaned and animals kept in the outer part of the home. I have my own transport and can be extremely flexible with activities, school runs, cooking, cleaning and other domestic responsibilities. I have an enhanced DBS and relevant qualifications and references to accompany any queries you may require

| I am looking to earn some extra money over the summer with some babysitting whilst I am home. I used to work for a very successful entertainment company for 4 years and have been working in a pupil referral unit for the past 6 months, so have learnt many skills in behaviour management. I have done lots of babysitting in the past. I have a fully enhanced DBS check and a full, clean driving license. Childcare.

| I spent 4 years at college studying to become an early years educator, during this time I worked in many different learning/childcare environments and several different ages groups. I am also a mother to a baby boy and I find that taking care of him or any other child for that matter is the greatest and most rewarding job there is.
