Danielle is qualified to Cache Diploma level 3 in childcare and education Chris has taken up Childminding as he enjoys spending time with the children and enjoys the freedom of being part of a team and taking the children on outings. He has also passed his Childminding home base qualification as a Childcare provider
We are CSSIW inspected and registered with PACEY ( Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years, previously known as NCMA).
Danielle has worked in several different settings such as Government Nursery, Schools and Private Nursery as a Senior Nursery Nurse in the last setting and feel lucky to have had such a wide range of experience, I have worked with children from the age of birth to 13 years of age. I have worked with children for almost 10 years, most has been voluntary
We also worked along side Barnardo's and have been now for 8 years, we have formed a close relationship with the coordinator there and have become close friend's.
My self and Chris are both DBR checked previously known as CRB checked and have been cleared to work with children.
We have a 5 year old Daughter after trying for several years. We feel we can give the children all the attention and love they may desire at Danielle's Little cherubs. I do the same activities as nurseries and more, but where as nurseries have large numbers of children, I can provide a more personal one to one approach with your Child/Children.
We have a dog called Daisy a hypoallergenic dog (Bichon Frise) who are both friendly and are used to children, but if parent's would prefer that the children have no contact with the animals that will be understandable and measures will be taken.
We have a big garden for the Child/Children to run around in. We also take them to Softplay Centres (ZonePlay centre) and several parks in the Cardiff area for the children to run around and play outdoor activities and play board games in the house. We also take them to soft play area's and also zoo's and groups.

I have been Childminding for over 20 years and have experience of working with children from birth to 13 years, I also have twin experience.
I hold an NVQ level 3 in Children’s Care Learning and Development, along with Paediatric First Aid, Advanced Child Protection Level 1 & 2, Food Hygiene and various other courses.
I am registered with the CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and DBS checked.
I offer a warm and secure learning environment which feels like home from home.
The activities I provide are based on the foundation phase learning through play!
I have a wide range of baby toys and equipment. Learning resources such as books, puzzles, construction blocks, small world, imaginative play, roll play with dressing up
Craft and play dough and a variety of outdoor equipment just to name a few!
We take regular day trips to playgroups, the library, soft play sessions, parks and farms.
I believe in positive reinforcement and lots of fun and games!!

My name is Jane, I am a registered childminder with CSSIW. I provide a home based childminding service in the Pontprennau and Pentwyn area of Cardiff. I have a spacious house that is full of toys suitable for both boys and girls. I also have a secure large garden with plenty of outdoor toys for children to play with. I will offer a stimulating and educational experience to babies, toddlers and pre- school children as well as pick up and drop off’s to local schools. I attend all the toddler groups in the area and provide fun activities for all the children.
