| Hi! My name is Eliyana, and I am a 3rd year psychology major at UCSB. I have lots of experience babysitting kids with ages ranging from 6mo-12yrs. As a former camp counselor, I also know how to entertain kids while keeping a close eye on them. I am an excellent swimmer, and I love doing outdoor activities with kids. While I can be active, I also specialize in arts and crafts. I am skilled in creating a host of projects that will not only keep kids engaged, but also help them wind down. I am originally from Berkeley, CA, where I grew up as the youngest of eight children. In my free-time, I love to surf and make art. When sports aren't cancelled, I am a coxswain on the UCSB rowing team. I am responsible, enthusiastic, and will provide excellent childcare.

| If you are looking for a babysitter that can hold a child's attention while allowing them to get through any tasks they have during the day. I have been babysitting my younger brother for as long as I can remember but it wasn't until about five years ago, when a family friend had a baby, that I found myself finding childcare fun, as well as something that I was good at. Throughout those five years, I really developed helpful ways to help kids get through any tasks they have to, such as chores or school work. I am a high school graduate currently employed at a chain store as well as have college classes. I have now taken three years of psychology classes to help me in understanding how kids think in order to help me become a better caregiver now, as well as in the future. Working with children is something I hope to keep following through with so any opportunity I can get, I appreciate.
