| I'm a 23 (nearly 24) year old Nursery Practitioner who is looking for something new to challenge myself and gain more experience. I have been working in childcare for 5 years and have held a Level 3 NVQ in childcare for 3 years now. I have worked with children from 6 months to 4 years old in nurseries but have mainly been based in a baby room, which is 6 months to 2 years old, for the last 3 years. I'd call myself laid-back and a go with the flow kind of person who would rather read a good book with a cup of tea at the weekend rather than go out to a club.
