After School Care Stonehaven

| I am a registered childminder living in Stonehaven with available spaces. Pick up drop off Mill O Forest nursery/school. I am registered to care for 6 children by the Care Inspectorate. I run a family orientated home from home environment and have a munchkin cat. I am a non smoker. I currently have spaces becoming available on Mondays and Wednesdays for age 1/3 and various before and after school spaces. At recent inspection I was awarded Grade 5. report can be viewed .

| I have just finished my 1st year of studying primary education in Newcastle. I have babysat from the age of 16 and have always enjoyed being around children. I have volunteered at a children's club and I worked at an after school club that had kids from the age of 5-11. I have had experience in nursery and in school classrooms of many ages.

| My name is Ishani. I am a third year law student at the University of Edinburgh. During term, I am seeking to find a babysitting job in Edinburgh. I am very flexible with hours and times. I have experience of looking after children, having volunteered in the Robert Gordon's College After School Club from October 2015 to May 2019. I volunteered in After School Club for one hour each week. In my role I was responsible for playing with the children and being a helping hand whenever a child was in need. This allowed me to experience working in a fast-paced environment where I had to tackle and reach solutions when problems occurred. I would play games with the children, read with them and help with their homework. I chose to do this volunteering as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Award. Completing my Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award meant I had to balance volunteering, a sport and a skill each week alongside my academics. This refined my time management skills and instilled a strong sense of reliability in me when I commit to an activity. I would bring this sense of reliability to any babysitting job.
