After School Care Saffron Walden

| My name is Sydney and I’m 19 years old. I am located in Thaxted area and have a drivers license. I am currently employed in a local primary school as a TA and one to one for children with additional needs. My main experience at work has been with children aged 4-7 years old. I am looking for a child care (nanny/babysitting job) during the school holidays and half terms and I am also open to helping out during the school term too here and there as I work 7:30-3 I could be available for some evenings or after school hours and occasional weekends.

| When I was 16, I started babysitting for family and some other people in the village. I would look after children as young as 6 months old to the age of 12, helping them with homework, activities and house chores as well as cooking for them and making sure there surroundings are safe and clean. I also take care of my brother, aged 9. I help him with he’s homework and other tasks. As he has ADHD and Tourette’s he finds writing and reading to be challenging at times so will need someone to be patient with him and break things down to be explained easier. I also work at Oliver’s Lodge, Essex which is a kids breakfast & after school club as well as a pre school during the day. I assist with cooking, cleaning, reading, day activities and much more. Here I help care for children from the ages of 4 - 11.

I have experience with children of various age groups (from 0 to 12 years) thanks to an internship of a year at the kindergarten "Baby House". I also worked several times as babysitter and helped in after school activities. I'm a responsible person, punctual and very careful.
