After School Care Chatteris

| Hello my name is Amelia! I am about to return home from a 6 month trip. I am looking for a Nanny job to help with childcare over the summer holidays. I have around 5 years of childcare experience. My first job was working at an after school club with children aged 3-8. I was responsible for sorting out snack time and planning arts and crafts activities. Before starting University I was an Au-pair in Madrid. I learnt a lot about myself during this time, in particular that I loved teaching and working with children. After graduating University, I worked as a TA. I have good knowledge of the Primary School curriculum, as well as experience working with children with additional needs and children who do not speak english as their first language. I then worked in a Nursery with children ages 0-4 and nannied my baby cousin from the age of 6 to 14 months. I have experience with feeding, weaning, putting children down to nap and lots of singing, reading and playing! My hobbies include cooking so I am more than happy to help with meal preparation. | My name is Alex I currently run a small childrens swim school from my parents home which is mainly after school hours, I teach children form the age of 1-upwards I have also worked in a nursery and lifeguard at my local pool, as I love working with children I’d like to do something that is more flexible around my little school I run, I hold my own dbs and I’m first aid trained.

| I have very extensive experience of working with children and youth of all ages, from different countries and cultural backgrounds. I have run after-school clubs for many years, been a school governor for 13 years, a trustee for a children's charity. I am educated at university level. I have had formal pastoral responsibility for children and youth at a professional level for many years. I love storytelling & imaginative play with younger children and teaching crafts to children under 16. I have had two children of my own (now grown up!) and fostered two children. I am first aid trained, have Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
