| My name is Rachel, and I am currently in school at Osgoode Hall working towards a Masters in Canadian Law. In prior years I studied at Queen's University where I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, and the Law School at the University of Southampton (England) where I obtained my LL.B. I look forward to one day practicing criminal law, in particular, youth justice. As I am currently in school I am taking on new students to tutor. I can help with English and history of all ages and science and math K-grade 5. Additionally, I can help with university/college applications, including entry essays. I have experience teaching siblings at one time of different ages, alternatively I can also see students individually. Given the pandemic, zoom or online sessions are available and once the lockdown is lifted I would be happy to tutor in-person if preferred! I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts program for history at York University and I have aspirations to enter into York's history PhD program next fall. I have been teaching English for three years and I have taught from grades 1 to 12. I have experience of being an in home private tutor and some classroom experience as well. I am currently an online ESL teaching with DaDa; I meet with my regular students on a weekly basis. I am able to retain most of my students because I go above and beyond to meet their expectations.
