Today I currently have two cats, Whiskey and Rye, who are about 4 years old. | Hi! I'm a pet lover looking to make some money using my experience with animals. Growing up on a farm, I have always had animals in my life, and they have played a large role in my well-being throughout the years. I have dog-sat and barn-sat for a boarding barn with 50+ horses in the past. Having moved out of my family home and away from my family's pets, I miss interacting with animals on a daily basis and am hoping to form bonds with other animals! I am a lover of absolutely all animals, so I am not afraid of any reptiles, amphibians, or other exotic pets. I have experience taking care of bearded dragons and Chinese water dragons.

| Graduated in 2010 as a Veterinary Office Assistant. I have been working in the field since then at Vets, Dog Boarding Facilities, Training Facilities and Dog Day Cares. I have witnessed some of the lack of animal priorities and some (to be honest) atrocities where these facilities don't care about the animals as much as they do the money. They get too big that they lose focus on what their original goal was (the animals) and only care about making themselves look good and lining the owner's pockets. I would like to offer a more personal, private and dedicated approach where I bring the focus back to the animal. I have owned dogs and cats my entire life and have gone to school and taken many courses and certifications in the field. I find myself enjoying time spent with animals as much as with actual people as they are a part of our families and have a special place in our hearts.

I grew up on a horse breeding and boarding farm all of my life, so my love of animals started very early on. We had dogs, cats, many horses and even cows for a period of time, and the whole family was responsible for taking care of them (especially for our own horses!). I've also had experience looking after cats and dogs through pet sitting for a family friend, a coworker and a woman I met who gave me the use of her home in exchange for the care of her pets while she was away. Being comfortable around animals and feeling the need to care for them comes naturally to me, and I would love the opportunity to give pet owners some peace of mind in knowing that their four legged babies are well cared for.

I have always grown up with pets, be they dog, cat, bird or fish. They are definitely a great part of my life and I enjoy playing with them and taking them for walks, as I am quite active. I also have experience as a Kennel Attendant at a pet boarding and grooming business. In this position, I looked after the welfare of dogs, cats, and the occasional rabbit which were boarded there. I made sure the animals were well fed and administered medication if required, as well as working in doggie daycare. I took the dogs on walks and maintained cleanliness of the facility.
