FULL TIME Help needed for my sweet 12 and 8 year old autistic non-verbal sons.

Hello,
I am looking for someone/nanny with (if possible) experience with autistic children. for my non-verbal 8 and 12 year old sons.
They are the sweetest, affectionate little guys! I would need someone to help them strive and reach their full potential by playing with them, teaching them tasks and if possible encourage their speech at the same time. Probably for 4-5 times a week or we can discuss that in person. It would be in our home in Saint-Leonard, in a very nice environment and a great family. Looking forward to finding that special someone!

I would need about 20 hours per week if possible. I need a patient and sweet girl that would spend time with my non-verbal 8 year old son and play with him, teach him and keep him entertained. Must speak english. I also have another little 4 year old boy. Experience with special needs children is not a must but would be preferable. Nice environment to work in with nice family! My 3 year old, is not an easy child to care for, I need some one with a lot of patience and the ability to get him through the day as smoothly as possible. If you don’t think you can handle a child who probably wont listen to you and tantrum, then please skip my profile.
I also have a 2 year old who gets along just fine but obviously will need to be tended too.
Besides a visit to the park (if nice weather) I want them at home. So you don’t need a car unless to drive to my home.
