The position is open to all, however, training in the fields of kinesiology, massage therapy, physiotherapy, physical education, or similar would be a significant advantage. Qualifications in nursing, nursing assistance, patient care assistance, or occupational therapy are also valued. Responsibilities and tasks Provide personal care including hygiene, dressing, transfers using a lift or physically depending on the situation, feeding assistance, mobilizations and stretches, and any other task necessary for my health, safety, and comfort. Perform household tasks including, among others, cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, minor repairs, general maintenance, caring for my 2 cats, etc. Assist and be involved in my sport by accompanying me to tournaments (national and international), training prep for my throwing sessions, managing equipment, note-taking, hydration, and similar physical support as provided at home. Conditions -Full-time employment with flexible hours. Vacation periods to be determined. -Compensation of $6,000 per month on average, with a paid training period of about one month. -Good physical condition is required, as well as a non-smoking and drug-free lifestyle for my health. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary (I have a vehicle). -No specific experience required; on-site training provided. -Bilingualism (French, English, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus. -I offer accommodation with all amenities included, meals are provided at home and during my external activities where I need to be accompanied, excluding alcohol.

I'm looking for a home care provider to help with personal care (showering, applying body lotion), and housekeeping (cooking, laundry, floors). It would be 2 to 4 hours per day, 1 day a week to start with and increasing to 4 days a week. Example daily tasks: Prepare oatmeal breakfast, prepare nasal rinse solution, put medication and pills into pillbox, apply body lotion, apply medication to toes. Once every two days: laundry, and help with showering. Once every week: Make a big batch of soup, sweep and mop floors.
