We are looking for an experienced babysitter/nanny to care for our two girls (8 and 2 years) on an ad-hoc basis. I am a Police Officer and my husband is a Pilot, he works away and often at short notice. Your responsibilities will be caring for our 2 year old during the day. I work Monday to Friday generally from 7 or 8am to 3 or 4pm, so we require someone who is available for a 6:30-7am start and I’m usually home by 3:30-4:30pm. You may be required on occasion to take her to activities, so safe, reliable transport is required. As well as at least 12 months of clean driving history. We are seeking an in home child care worker for my two boys, aged 5 & 8. Both are at school. I work as an on call midwife and am a single parent, so require help in the mornings and after school, care for every second weekend and someone who can be on call over night. I work 10 days on and 4 days off per fortnight. I am very happy to talk about what works for you, and I’m willing to pay for up to 50 hours per week if thats what you would like or just casual hours. We are hoping to find someone to start asap, as our current child care worker is moving in 3 weeks. She has kindly offered to orientate and familiarise a new carer to the children and routines.
