Hello, I'm Miheer and I'm looking for a responsible nanny for our child. Aadit is 2 years 9 months old boy and is diagnosed with autism level 3. Currently he lives with me and his grandparents. We want someone to be with him, talk with him, play with him, do therapies with him which we were taught in the parent training, teach him to feed, get him toilet trained, get him a bath(show him how to take a bath),take him to park to play, include him with other kids, teach him functional play and communication. We want him not be isolated and need someone to be always with him. We need the support worker basically to be interactive with him, play and talk with him so that it helps him develop himself which is one of the main goals. I can ask my therapists to give you some training as to how to work with Aadit. We are getting very tired so we need help to work with Aadit. If the worker is an educator or an therapist who knows early intervention then that will be a plus point. A very friendly, cheerful, playful personality will be suited for working with Aadit. Also someone who can talk in a way which attracts small kids would be really great. Experience in early intervention, educator or a therapist who can use strategies to develop him while taking care of him. As he is very active someone who is young and energetic will be preferred.
