Reliable Nanny Needed for Our Child and dog in Manly

We have recently acquired sudden custody of my husband's lovely little boy and have the requirement for a nanny that is local and flexible to work with us to enable my husband and I continue our work duties to have a little time out. We have both had 9 kids between us, but they are now adults (except for my 13year old daughter who lives with us 50% of the time. So this is a little bit of a transition for us at our mature age. We would like to find a nanny who is able to live-in when we are away (we have family events to attend, one in Europe in so we will be away 10 days in June this year and the other two, are long weekends of 3 days. We also require our little boy to be looked after, in the home one weekend a month. We also have a beautiful ridgeback dog who in essence, is our other 'baby'. We would also require care for him (1 walk a day, feeding etc) at the same times. We live in a humble abode in Fairlight, and whilst we have those few commitments set in stone, everything else is flexible, as to which weekend in the month, and when you may be available. Please note the job is only for our 9 year old son and our dog. My daughter and her dad have arrangements with us already whereby he can step in when we are away.
We are searching for a nurturing and fun-loving nanny for 2 children. Their safety is our priority, so we need someone who is responsible. Boys are almost 4 and almost 2, they love to play, love the beach, and need someone who is willing to be very active with them. We just moved here from the US, so they are adjusting to life in Australia and trying to meet other families. We will sign them up for playgroups when possible to socialize with other kids.
Responsibilities include: Arrive on-time at 8am, help make breakfast in the morning, clean up after their meals, play inside and outside with them, make them lunch, put down for naps, then clean up after lunch or do the kids laundry (1-2x per week). Take them to our local beach or activities in the pram.
Days needed - Tuesday through Friday, from 8am until about 2pm. May need a little extra help on Saturday mornings on occasion.

We need before and after pre-school care for our 5 year old son. He attends pre-school in Manly Vale and we live in Fairlight. Hours would be 7-9am and 3-6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday You would need drivers license, we would provide car.
Morning would be giving breakfast, packing lunch box, getting our son dressed and then drop off at 9am.
Afternoon would be pick up from pre-school, playtime either at park or home.
Prepare dinner (nothing fancy)
There would also be opportunity for full days during school holidays and also casual babysitting (which would also include our 1 year old son who attends daycare)

We are a happy little family with two kids (12 and 10) in need of before and after school care. The role would include getting them ready and dropping them to school in the morning. In the afternoon we need you to collect them from school, take them to sports/activities and then guide them through showers, homework etc. in the early evening. You will need a drivers license.
