My husband is deployed overseas this year, so I need some help getting some "me" time! I'm looking for someone to baby sit my two girls (ages 2 & 4) for 5hrs or so every second weekend on a Saturday. Time can be flexible and arranged in advance, but I want a regular commitment. I could also swap for a Sunday occasionally if needed. Mostly it would be during the day so I can go shopping or have lunch out etc. I'd like the same person regularly because my girls are so young & need to build relationships with their carers. They've had a lot of change in their lives, so I'm trying to provide as much stability as possible. I also need to do two single day trips to Melbourne (26 June, 21 August and 18/19 September). So, there's opportunity for additional hours there - i.e. pick them up from Daycare and care for them in the evening until I return home around 22:00. I will provide our family car for this, and you would need a manual drivers' license and good driving record. Alternatively, I'm happy for you to use your own car. Experience and references are a plus. I'd like someone who has their first aid/CPR certificate as well as a working with children check. The girls are typical 2 and 4yr olds - energetic and have big emotions. They love outdoor play, watching Disney movies (I hope you like Frozen & Encanto!), adventures to the shops, the playground etc. We have a good back yard to play in and Disney+ at the ready.
