My mother Nancy was fortunate enough to be able to live at Raksha on Cornell Ave in Albany, CA for a couple of months as we transitioned her into California.
Nalini and her staff are the most caring people our family has ever encountered in an Assisted Living type facility.
The biggest thing I can say about Raksha is that I've never felt that my mom was more safe than when she lived there. Most facilities talk a big game and do not support the day to day care of disabled individuals, but at Raksha they have more of a family atmosphere and really take great care of their residents.
It's a peaceful place and the residents values are respected and celebrated.
Can't say enough good things about our experience.
