Terrible from start to finish's too many mistakes to list. After being left hanging and getting caregivers that were inappropriate and refused to do anything but sit and look at their phones we moved on. Have another agency and much happier.

Privatus offers a tremendous service. We have worked with them for two years now and find them to be caring, professional and honest. Taking care of an elderly loved one can be overwhelming. Everyone from the caremanagers and caregivers are wonderful to work with.
