Needed a wound care nurse . Visited the Care.com website and contacted Igbans Home Care Services. Emanuel called and told me that he would be over the next day. Upon his arrival I expressed my concerns. From our initial conversation I concluded that Emanuel had the qualifications I was looking for. He seemed to be a good natured person who I would be comfortable with tending to my wounds. Emmanuel was compassionate to my concerns and needs as we spoke of a treatment plan. His wound care abilities are excellent as he incorporates sound medical guidelines . Going back and forth to the hospital and Doctors visits made it difficult to nail down a set schedule. He was understanding of this and has made many accommodating changes . Cannot express enough his professionalism, skill level and an understanding of his patients needs. Emanuel's concern for my well being is evident when I feel my recovery has stalled, his medical suggestions on the choices of what to do next, has been most helpful to me and has reduced stress levels in my life. A true concerned and caring professional.

I hardly write reviews but I felt I had to with this agency. I love the service I'm receiving with IGBANS and their Aides. They have awesome Aides. They have excellent costumer services. The lady on the phone (LG) has the sweetest voice. My Aides are the most beautiful people I've ever met. I feel so blessed with them. I am well pleased with IGBANS services. I will recommend
