I have a family member who os a client and I am at a loss for words for the treatment I received today by one of your office staff. Due to a discrepancy, I found myself talking to a supervisor in order to correct the problem and prevent a future occurrence. I recalled the details of our previous conversation and this person denied providing the information as well as talking over me and becoming very combative & argumentative. Rather than offering an apology for her behavior after I was finally able to speak and correct where she had been mistaken, she tried to offer reasons supporting why she should NOT apologize. She failed to main respect during our encounter and therefore failed to deliver, at a minimum, what is considered good customer service. The homemaker is a wonderful employee, it's too bad she doesn't have an office staff who's culture reflects the people they hire to work in the field.

I worked for Premier and I had very good Supervisor. I had good clients and not so good clients. I would recommend this agency. I've worked other agencies and I loved working for this agency. Mrs Lynn Brimm is a very good supervisor.When in need to she accommendate my schedule and kept me wit work. I received clients that the more I met the better they were. Especially my last two .

I was interested in applying to be a Homemaker. I previously worked for Gentiva Home Health. Premier apparently bought Gentiva. I attempted to visit office to apply and was very rudely serviced by KRISTIN...she gave very poor directions and got an attitude when I gently informed her it was more accurate to say their location was across the street from Pier 1 instead of, down the street from Lake Theater." Repeatedly I told her I wasn't attacking her, merely providing info that would be beneficial for anyone else seeking location. She repeatedly cut me off which caused me to tell her she was very rude and unprofessional. I am an educated, respectful, and kind woman that does this work as a "spiritual gift of service." I left the very disappointed and, needless to say, am not pursuing employment there!!
