I've been a caregiver for a 103 years old patient in Santa Monica Ca. The hospice that taking care of the Patient is amazing. The Hospice name Is St. Care Hospice, they are very helpful specially if the patient need something, you can reach them 24/7. I always call Mike the Nurse. He always Visit the Patient and answer our calls. never had a problem ordering supplies /medication /wound care etc. For the staff of St. Care Hospice specially Mike RN, Jesus Nurse, Office staff: Lucy, Armen, Isabel and Joey. Great Job and God Blessed.

I had a wonderful experience with Pallatus Health caring for my father after suffering a stroke.
Such an amazing team of caring and compassionate people. Starting with the office staff, Lucy, Armen, and Isabel, always friendly and helpful. They keep a well oiled machine, prompt and efficient, making all extra resources readily available. His nurse, Jesus, is the best! He visited weekly and made himself available to my dad 24/7. He spent hours on the phone with him when he was feeling anxious or confused. Anytime he needed any medication or supplies, Jesus had it delivered the next day. He went above and beyond and was a great comfort to both of us.
I am grateful for them all for making my dad's quality of life so much better in his final months.

Great care from this hospice company for my mother who has late-stage Alzheimers. In particular, her nurse Jesus (Mike) provided excellent care and emotional support to her and my whole family, as we navigated the often-traumatic process of dealing with a family member with Alzheimers. Jesus always kept us updated with details of my mom's condition, and I'm so grateful for all the care and help he provided! Thanks so much to this company for their excellent care!

Thank You to Jesus (RN) for helping my father (88 years old) with everything he needs to take care of himself. Jesus also keeps me updated with what is going on which is very important as I don't live in the same city as my father.

I want to thank Pallatus Health for caring for my father during his transition of palliative care to hospice. Mike, Naomi and Jesus became family. They truly went above and beyond, from their care to walking with us each step of the way. They were all angles they were always a step ahead and when we needed anything and I mean anything they delivered. My father had everything he needed and much more. It is very difficult having a loved one transition to hospice and seeing them pass but this group has made an impact in our lives and we wouldn't be able to get through this with out them. As an employee in the medical field I can assure you this group is the best of the best. Thank you again for everything.

I had the pleasure of working with this company throughout my Dad's care for a year. In that time their service has been exceptional. From day one of their service I had diapers, hospital bed, wipes, meds etc. All the necessities I needed for my Dad's care were met. I had nurses visits, physical therapy to a Chaplin that my father become very fond of. They were available 24/7 for my father's needs as well as my own. Calming me down when I thought all was lost. Every member of their staff gave me 100% percent. That being said, I highly recommend them if you are looking for Palllative/Hospice service for your loved one. They are loyal and compassionate to your needs and that of your loved ones.

Love this company since I had the privilege to meet them they have always gone above and beyond with their patients and their family, I am a caregiver and had the opportunity to work alongside with their team of nurses and other services they provide and they have been so great. A true Blessing!!! The administrator Lucy and Nurse Jesus are the very best always making sure their patients needs are met. Can say enough of how great they have been and this is why I always recommend them with my other patients.

Words could not express how grateful I am to have Jesus as a nurse ,when you took care of Julieta Oleta , you noticed when she was having difficulty breathing, you immediately did a thorough physical examination and advised us to take her too ER. Your ability to anticipate needed treatments saved my mom. You were always so careful and attentive to her needs especially when she was in pain. I wouldn't trust any other nurse. And for that we truly appreciate you and your hard work.

PALLATUS HEALTH are excellent company.Their Administrator Lucy and Nurse Mike Jesus are efficient and very kind.I'm a caregiver of one of their patient in Palos Verdes for more than a 3 years, all I can say it's really hard to find a company that you can feel that they care so much to their patient.I was amazed by the services they provided for my patient needs.They were very accommodating and responsive. Especially Nurse Mike thank you so much!!!

I owe a lot to Pallatus Health. I have been working for this company for 18 months now and they have been so gracious, kind and loving to the staff and patients. Lucy, my administrator, is the best boss you can ever have. Kamal, the owner, is very kind. Other office staff like Armen and Isabel checks on how I am with my duties as the nurse and how my patients are doing. They are very thorough and just shows how much they take their jobs seriously (and most importantly how they care so much about our patients). I am very proud to work for this company!

What can I say about this company ... the nurses are terrible . They only check on you once a month . The manager Lucia Lopez LIES about everything going on . They don't tell the people in the office to order our stuff and it's just terrible . It's been lies from the very beginning of the care of our mother . Lucia says we would have care givers but they don't even have care givers on staff . She was gone for almost two weeks and the poor office staff didn't know what the hell was going on . Seems like she hadn't relayed anything to them . Super frustrating.
