I think everyone will agree, finding a caregiver for a loved one is certainly no easy task, and once a decision is made there is much worry that goes along with it. This has been the first time my husband and I have had delve into the "care giving business" and, thank heavens, this has ended up being a very positive experience. We have two elderly "cousins" that needed immediate care: He has advancing cancer and she has Alzheimer's. It is our aim to keep them at home as long as we possibly can.

true vision. Home Care was referred to us by "A Place for Mom," along with a few other providers. After meeting with all them, It was very apparent from the well polished and professional presentation by MR Mitchell, how far superior true vision. Home Care appeared to be versus the other three companies. We decided to give them a try. "melody" was assigned to our case right away and we met with her and MR Mitchell. together with our "cousins". All felt good, and everyone agreed melody walker would begin right away.

All I can say at this point in time, and it's been two months now, is that MELODY is the BEST thing that has happened to this family in quite a while! She absolutely knows and understands the requirements and needs of our cousins. She's a great cook and has been so instrumental in improving their general health, hygiene, and daily routines. We have been singing MELODY praises for quite a while now and I feel confident things will continue on this note. She has been a blessing to our family...we owe much thanks to MR Mitchell and true vision. Home Care!

Our neighbor required bathing assistance for his father, and Diego and true vision home care which is a 24Hr team  responded immediately. They coordinated care quickly, met with our neighbor at no cost, and delivered with excellent service. I am so glad for care.com and the level of service that we are now getting from True Vision Home Care. In the past we  hired an individual off of care.com,which we thought we had a good candidate. However, it turned out that the person was stealing and had a record. We did a few things to report him to keep our community safe. After all  that  we made a decision and hired a great company to insure my fathers well being. As we all get old I am thankful for True Vision Home Care  for having such a great  staff  and the fact that they do background checks on every employee. I now  feel much safer to have Angie Tapia in my home and not only that she is such a great caregiver. My father smile and joy having her around. He lights up when she is around.  Angie is fun, loving, and has great energy to be around. I am glad we made the decision. Please try this company out their really great at what they do and I recommended them and they really are a 5 star company.

I work for several private staffing agencies and by far this is the worst! There team of "helpful" employees don't answer calls, texts, emails or complaints. There is no care here. This company is all about the money. Not to mention they don't pay employees on time. I was also hired for $21-$24 and hour and was told I make $19 after they hired me. Don't trust this company!!

Goes Above and Beyond..."

Having the ability to go to work and not worry throughout the day, is priceless.  Our caregiver, Sharon Bryant has been working with my mother for 2 years.  She goes above and beyond the call of duty and we completely trust her.  My mom has Alzheimer's and Sharon Bryant has taken the time to study memory issues, how to handle different situations and interesting activities they could do together.  My mom enjoys SHARON BRYANT'S company so much, at the end of the day she doesn't want SHARON BRYANT to leave.  Thank you true vision Home Care for finding our family such a wonderful caregiver!!

My mom is a very challenging person to deal with.  She's in her mid 80's, has back and hip arthritis which severely impacts her mobility.  Also, she is hard of hearing (or more accurately has SELECTIVE HEARING), very forgetful, constantly repeats the same thing over and over again, and doesn't like most caregivers.  So when she "bonded" with Crisanta (24 Hr caregiver), I was extremely relieved!!!!!!!!!!!   Crisanta has amazing patience and compassion and somehow can relate to my mom.  My mom actually looks forward to the days that Crisanta is there.  Also, would like to thank Julia- case manager who has responded professionally when my mom has "problems" (prior to having  her primary caregiver).  true vision really  cares!
