Nightingale Health Advocates, Inc.exists to provide assistance to individuals, families and caretakers coping with healthcare issues negatively affecting their quality of life. A professional advocate can provide objective eyes and ears to help ask the appropriate questions of medical professionals while recording the information and recommendations for review and use when the individual goes home.

An advocate with experience in the healthcare field can also question insurance denials and file appeals as appropriate to the individual's insurance company. Additionally, an advocate can act as a sounding board when discussing a medical condition, the options at hand and the decision process.

Services Offered:
*Independent diagnosis and treatment research for peace of mind.
*Explain in easy to understand terms to aid you in making informed decisions.
*Communicate with you, and at your request, family members regarding your diagnosis, medications and treatments.
*Accompany you to physician appointments.
*Coordinate the collection of medical records, test results or consultations.
*Counsel you and those you designate about your member handbook(s), benefits including drug formulary list, along with eligible health professionals and institutions.
*Review all facility and physician bills against insurance EOB's (Explanation of Benefits) to assure maximum claim reimbursement.
*Guidance and assistance with insurance appeals and member grievances.

Other services provided upon request including some personal care to be negotiated including some personal care especially for recently hospital discharges.
