An advocate with experience in the healthcare field can also question insurance denials and file appeals asappropriate to the individual's insurance company. Additionally, an advocate can act as a sounding board when discussing a medical condition, the options at hand and the decision process.

<br/>*Counsel you and those you designate about your member handbook(s), benefits including drug formulary list, along with eligible health professionals and institutions.
