I have been using Josinia Senior Services for almost a year now. As a retired RN, I tried to do all the care for my husband myself. He is wheel chair bound and dependent for all of his needs.
I had tried other agencies and private listings. My daughter found an ad for Josinia and I took her advice and called.
Dealing with Tamara and John has been a godsend. To say that they are caring, dependable and reliable is an understatement. They go over and beyond to satisfy and meet their clients needs.
My husband has been working with his current aide since July. She provides excellent care on a daily basis. She is trustworthy and dedicated, reliable and consistent, patient and caring. Along with this, she has a wonderful personality, is energetic, and my husband looks forward to her coming each day. She accompanies us to all doctor visits and appointments.
It certainly makes my life easier knowing I can leave my husband in such good hands.
When I couldn't get my husband to his rehab appointment, John was here in the company car and drove him. Tamara will also do spot checks to make sure all is going well.
I cannot say enough positive things about this agency. They really care. You will not be disappointed.

Josinia Senior Home Care has taken care of my parents who are in their 80s for the past six months. I am so grateful that my family has been blessed to receive professional and excellent care from Josinia. The caregivers that work with my parents have accompanied them to medical appointments, taken care of their personal care, and work hard to provide care and companionship to both of them. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, the owners of the company really take the time to get to know the needs of my parents and have provided them the care they need so that they can age in place with dignity. I can't say enough about Josinia and the great work they do. It gives me a sense of peace that my parents are cared for by people that are genuinely interested in their health and well-being. I am very grateful for all that they have done so far and continue to do for us.

I can't believe the level of care I've received from the Josinia family. I use the term family instead of team because of the feeling they give me that my care is personal. I can usually be verbose in situations like this, but there are not enough words to praise my "dream team."
