I am not one to write reviews and bad ones at that but I am very disappointed with my services provided through Molly Maids in the Treasure Valley. All I have read are raves about this place and the horrible reviews have said NOTHING about their cleaning and everything about their lack of communication. I haven't experienced a problem with their communication, but I'm starting to think I am the only one who is a clean freak.
I am a very detailed oriented person and as a former house cleaner myself, there are bare minimum requirements I personally feel everyone would know about. Between working full-time, going to school full-time and moving into a bigger house I have not been able to keep up on my cleaning so I hire this company.
The initial clean was okay, they charge hourly on the first clean and it came out to be around $265 so they spent probably around 2.5-3 hours. Some details were missed but over time I made notes to verify what was missed. Second clean was awful, the space between the sink and the backsplash hadn't even been wiped, behind the door still had dust gathered. The third clean I left a list for them as we were having my in-laws here for Thanksgiving. Again, they missed the sink, the dust behind the door had gathered more, THEY DO NOT MOVE ANYTHING to wipe or vacuum around. They got here at 1:23 and left at 2:11, after the initial clean its a flat rate of $137 and they did absolutely NOTHING, they spent a total of 40-45 minutes with two people charged us $137 to not even complete the bare minimum. They came back this morning to re-clean my master bathroom and still missed spots behind the sink. We live in a brand new house, I'm sorry but wiping over something once will likely do the trick.
If you are particular on detail this company is NOT for you.
