BUYER BEWARE. If you go with this company be aware the the estimate is meaningless, my experience is they did not complete the cleaning, and wanted more money in order to finish the job. I hired this company for a move out/deep clean. I provided photos of how dirty the place was and specified the areas of concern to make sure there were no surprises and I got a fair estimate. What was cleaned was done well. But, they did not finish the job, there was a bathroom cabinet left completely untouched by the cleaning crew and the walls were not wiped down. These were two items that I specified as particularly important. According to their contract, if it looks like the cleaning will take longer than their estimate, they are supposed to call you and negotiate for the additional time and cost to complete the cleaning. Completely reasonable and understandable. I did not get such a call. They just did not complete the cleaning job. When I asked them to please complete the cleaning (and sent photos showing what was not cleaned) they wanted to charge me an extra $102.

Short Version: The company was extremely rude to me and canceled my cleaning service the day before they were supposed to come just because I asked them to clean all of the things they list on their own website that are included in the deep cleaning service.

I booked Lupe's for a deep cleaning service. They said based on the size of my home it should take approximately 3.5 hours to do the deep cleaning service. Ok. The day they came to clean I asked them to start downstairs and clean it thoroughly first since that is where most of the "living" takes place and that is where it is dirtiest. If they had to rush on anything due to time I would rather them rush on the upstairs where the least amount of people go. They were there cleaning for 3hrs and they have not even moved to the upstairs yet. At 3.5 hours the cleaners wanted to leave even though they did not clean the upstairs. I asked them to clean the upstairs and they did which took them another hour. I tipped them well and the cleaners left. The surfaces looked great and the house smelled clean. The bathrooms were my favorite part as you could tell they spent time in there. But they did not clean under the furniture, the ceiling fans, and the blinds which are all specifically as a part of their deep cleaning services. 3-4 months later I want a deep clean of my home so I book them again. They text you before hand to ask if you have anything you want them to focus on. I explained that last time they came to clean they did not clean some of the parts that are specifically mentioned in the deep cleaning package and that it might take them longer than they think to deep clean my home and I want them to stay as long as it takes to ensure I get everything I paid for in the deep cleaning package. Instead of listening to me or trying to work it out with me they immediately cancel my booking service and say they won't clean for me as I was an unsatisfied customer. I explain that I was not unsatisfied enough to book them again and that I was simply pointing out that I want what I paid for in the deep cleaning service and that it might take longer than they thought. Again, the worker was rude and told me they cancel my cleaning service (the day before they were supposed to come) as they cannot satisfy me. What I asked for was absolutely reasonable. This company was unnecessarily rude and lost a customer that would have been very easy to keep. DO NOT USE THEM!

Although we realize that customers may have items to focus on, it can cause a breakdown of our productivity when a customer attempts to control workflow. The service we rendered in June is an example of this situation where we spent an additional hour on your cleaning while we had other customer commitments. As much as we would have liked to clean your home to your and our standards, we were not prepared to follow your timeline or order of work. The house was clean and Lupe was very accommodating in terms of schedule. The cleaning crew showed up on time for a deep cleaning.However, EVERY piece of furniture moved to clean was left out of place, items in the bathroom, on top of dressers and tables were changed, and a considerable amount of time went into returning items were they belonged, from shampoos to place mats. A piece of stained glass was broken and I was not notified at all. I discovered it 2 days after the cleaning. The ladies took completely apart a shower bar that they could not put back together until I arrived in the house.
