Do not use this agency the owner got deported for a reason. The owner also begged people to write fake positive google reviews about her company.

I would like to thank Love One Home Healthcare, Inc. and especially Nurse Christina for a very well done job tending to me during my post-surgery recovery. Christina demonstrated a professional, compassionate, knowledgeable approach, while ensuring my road to recovery was expeditious and thorough. Her attention to details, responding to my concerns and her communication skills ensured that the entire medical team was aware of my conditions and progress, while she helped me to understand the action being taken and the effects on me.

I will recommend this Agency to my friends and family. I don't normally sit and write reviews but I did because my experience was great. I have no complains but praises. The nurses were very great, very professional and highly trained. The office staffs were very professional.

My mother is recovering from a stroke. We had 3 separate patient care attendants in 1 1/2 months because of unprofessional service. The first was a middle eastern woman who at the time of the interview said that she would massage my mother's hands, arms and legs...she put on a show. Did nothing...I have video footage of her sitting around arguing with her husband on the phone and basically ignoring my mother. She eventually left for family issues. Good thing because I was about to request a replacement. The second patient care attendant, an african women, used my home as a meeting place for her boyfriend...actually brought him in my home. The last person, just sat around and ignored my mother. Totally not acceptable.

The nurse in charge became angry when I ended the service. Emailed an invoice for one payment due, then came to my home with the same invoice, but total due altered by ink pen. I refused to pay the extra without a professionally prepared updated invoice. Still waiting on the updated invoice. They were not worth the money being paid.
