I was/am a licensee here since July 2023 .My husband ran our logistics and I our operations. From the beginning it seemed like a amazing opportunity. Everything was great until we paid TY the money. Once we paid, we had a few meetings which got canceled all the time by him. Granted we did reschedule 1 or 2 but it was mostly him. It got so bad that we said we will let him know when we need a meeting and didn't have anymore ( due to questions not being answered) During these meetings We would ask questions about the system and laundry related questions and TY would dance around the answers. It seemed to us he had never even ran the operation himself He was definitely not portraying the same guy who sold us on the powerpoint presentation. In fact we felt pressured us to hurry and pay/sign up. He said there was a whole system he would give us once we signed up and paid. Once you pay there is 0 to none support wise. The meetings we did have were okay. It was more like a cheerleader pep rally than getting our questions answered. He wanted us to take pictures of our marketing for him ( which was weird to me) because why would that help us at all, besides the brand he created. The marketing pictures on the site are the same as months ago. We basically were advised to give a service away for free to even get a client. granted my Husband and I are avid business people so marketing wasn't an issue. It had nothing to do with it moving slow at all, it was mostly he did not do what he said he was going to do. TY told us we would get all these things with the license and then when it came down to it, he wouldn't be able to give us an answer when it was coming. One time he 2 days one single detergent to us after we had asked him for months where our stuff was. It got so bad that we decided the phone tag/asking questions was not getting better and we decided to quit doing business all together. It seems Ty is good at the sales pitch but the support beyond that is NOT there. I would advise you save your money and not pay for a " license"."
Its a good concept but there is NO system and any questions you have probably wont get answered. Always in a "meeting" or busy and not helpful to helping towards your success. I had my husband take over everything and I blocked Ty on all social media because I really felt scammed and played. This was my personal experience with this brand/company. We asked for our money back and he kept wanting to have a conversation. I told him we were done and everything we had already addressed via text. I do NOT recommend this company as a license. It had NOTHING to do with success, it had to do with him not following through with what he promised. I am big on peoples word and accountability and Ty does not have any of that in my eyes. Just a lot of excuses and dancing around questions he does not know the answers to. I felt like it was a chase to get me as a customer and then he failed us on the other end. He kept asking us to write him a review after the first initial meeting and we never got to it. laundry delivery services concept is amazing if you have a system to it, and honest people with integrity, but this one did not in my opinion. Its not about the money, but I want to save a future person from loosing money and getting scammed.
