Offering an amazing cheerleading and dance experience that will be taught by me, a former profession NFL cheerleader. This class you will learn the basic fundamentals of cheerleading which will include jumping techniques, stunting, gymnastic and fun high energy cheer/dance choreography.

Latiology, is about cheer, dance and empowerment. This came about because I wanted to give back to the community an amazing experience that I was able to have. Cheerleading and dance is a great way for young children to express their individuality and build self awareness in a happy, healthy and safe studio environment. This class is designed for 6-14 years old.
I am a Y-PAD certified parent, which stands for "Youth protection advocates in dance". This program is designed to help parents and instructors to help facilitate the type of music we play in our studios, as well as help advocate to young children about body images, healthy eating habits, positive attitudes and more. I am striving to put out positive reinforcement and energy into our communities as well in our cheer/dance world.
