Everything Home and Family was born out of a desire to ensure that families in the Fairfield County area can find the best nanny, errand helper, home management, pet care, personal assistant, party helper or organizer. Juggling life and a career is a challenge in and of itself. Finding someone to help - that should be easier. That's where we come in.

Our agency is devoted to making the process easier. We start from the beginning, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and ensuring that each and every one of our staff members has the experience and disposition needed to make a great caregiver.

Ashley Cooke, our owner has been in the child care, and home management industry for over 10 years. She successfully ran a nanny service for over 8 years and has revamped that company into Everything Home and Family, expanding and upgrading services to meet the needs of all our clients. She has a strong background in management, personal assistance and organization with a degree in Communications from Western Connecticut State University. She grew up in Fairfield, CT attending Fairfield Schools. She lives in Fairfield with her husband Dan, who comes from a family of small business owners in Norwalk, CT.

Rachel Riley is the Director of Recruitment and Business Development for Everything Home and Family. She has over 10 years of recruitment experience and previously owned and sold Fairfield County Pet Sitting, before moving to California in 2010. Since returning to Connecticut, Rachel has spearheaded EHF's new recruitment initiatives as well as pioneered a hands-on approach to on boarding our new clients/families. In addition to working for EHF, she also is the corporate recruitment manager for a creative staffing firm in Wilton. Rachel is the proud owner of Sir Hobie Delicious, a handsome 11 year old golden retriever, and is married to Westport native Colton Riley (with plans on expanding her family in the near future). Rachel grew up babysitting for dozens of families between Fairfield and Greenwich and is passionate about finding and connecting great people with amazing families.
