New start up with a motivated / professional CEO / Tutor in Chase D., but he made the unforunate choice to use his family member(s) to act as tutors for his company. Our Spanish tutor (Sydney D.) had another full time job that conflicted multiple times with us, canceled with little to no notice multiple times, had no set lesson plans for my child, and was diffcult to reach with calls and texts. What's worse is the time it took to cancel her was time wasted for my son's learning needs. Would thoroughly check backgrounds of any tutor this business recommends and not use her as one.

Hi Richard, I am sorry to hear your experience this way. My tutor felt uncomfortable in her communications with you because you would call/text at night. We agreed on an open communication schedule but that was a little unnecessary to send multiple paragraphs of text past normal business hours. Second, we did not agree on a lesson plan. You wanted conversation practice which we provided. I am no longer employing this tutor.
